Today, a Sure Safe® permanent foundation allows manufactured &
modular homeowners to take advantage of the lowest interest rates in 40 years. Existing manufactured homeowners can finally unlock their equity. Recent actions by the Federal government and the Federal backed financial institutions, such as Freddie Mac and Fannie May, have dramatically changed the landscape of the manufactured housing industry. Today anyone wanting to finance a manufactured home with a conventional mortgage must have a HUD compliant foundation. The Sure Safe® Steel Buttress System™ permanent foundation is a fully engineered, tested and patented permanent foundation system, furnished with site-specific calculations and drawings for each home. |

Walking in my home is like walking on a slab floor!
In my opinion the Sure Safe foundation is the best system available
on the market today. I am totally happy with how my home has performed over the years. Walking in my house is like walking on a slab floor and coming from a family of builders, that's important.

It's becoming clear that old methods of installing manufactured
homes will be a thing of the past
I normally don't endorse a product but after researching Sure Safe
and other foundation systems on the market, I believe their system has a superior design over their competition at an affordable price. The industry is changing and lenders are demanding HUD approved permanent systems under manufactured homes. Change is difficult in any industry but it's becoming clear that the old methods of installing manufactured homes will be a thing of the past.

The Sure Safe® Steel Buttress™ is the logical choice for permanent foundations in the manufactured home industry today. It's even a natural for do-it-yourselfers! Because of its superior strength, performance, and simplicity of installation it can be fully installed on existing homes and new sets in less than four hours. Through our special contractor's discount program a Sure Safe system can cost between $1,500-$2,500 |
